… Art teaches us empathy. Viewed from the outside, I do get the feeling that being an artist is more of a state of mind than a profession… So for many people, not being able to express them through the act of creating is like living in a dull, jaded world. This is why our ongoing wish is for PLATEA to be a platform for artists and creatives of all fields to present their work and thereby share their thoughts, emotions and desires… Art can inspire us to be better people who might change the world.
